My poor baby had a temperature of 104 with two infected eyes. I originally took her to another vet in Ontario hoping they would be able to help her but all they did was send me home with ointment and penicillin for the infection. After giving her the medication her eyes became even more inflamed and her fever became worse! I called Alapalm 10 minutes before they closed and they waited after hours to help me. Dr. Mike took his time with my baby and explained everything about her condition. He gave her a fever reducer injection and showed me how to administrate her ointment. He did more than the clinic I originally went to in Ontario. This location will forever be my babies go to clinic. My dog is back to her normal self and I am so relieved! - E.P. 04/09/18

Extremely happy to find this place. My fur baby was scratching a lot more than usual so I decided to call for a last minute appointment to see the vet. They were able to accommodate me right away. The receptionist, Jasmine is very nice on the phone. She greeted me and got me started right away. The place is small and clean. Dr. Mike was very nice, informative and thorough with the exam process. The exam fee was only $20 which is a great deal. That's really affordable for anyone to bring in their pets for a checkup. It was a really nice gesture for Jasmine to call for a follow up. Overall, an affordable and great place to bring your beloved pets. Thank you Dr. Mike and staff. First time using this facility, even though I've driven past many times. I called for exam and vaccines and asked if I could just swing by. I was accommodated and greeted by the friendly receptionist. The doctor was very nice. The price was fair. The clinic is small and clean. I'd definitely go back to vaccinate my other pets. My Maltipoo had a swollen paw, and since they needed to sedate her to look and see why her paw was swollen, Dr. Mike suggested we spay her. Being that we just moved we worried about the price. When they gave us the estimate, they also gave us the option of taking her home and giving her antibiotic estimate without surgery. Both estimates were not bad at all. We picked up our puppy in 4 hours with 3 meds and a cone. She was very groggy for 3 days, and the hospital checked on her. Very caring feeling I got from here. First time here... they were able to make a same day appointment due to my dog having a cracked nail with an exposed quick. They were fast, and EXTREMELY nice. Especially considering that my dog is a jerk and growls at everyone. Everyone was extremely warm and the prices were better than others I have seen at previous clinics I've gone to. - A.I. 03/05/18
